TO ENTER: Access the
airkisses.com website.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit
the registration form to be automatically entered into
each drawing subsequent to receipt of your entry. Limit
one entry per person/email address.

RANDOM DRAWING: winners
will be selected in random drawings: Each drawing will
be from among all eligible entries.
Winners will be notified by e-mail.
Limit one prize per person/email address. Odds of
winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries
received prior to each drawing date.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: Visit the

month to learn of the monthly prizes.
Approximate retail value of each monthly prize is
between $25.00 and $2,500.00
Prizes consist of only that item(s)
specifically listed as the prize or
acceptable substitutes.

GENERAL RULES: Open only to residents of the United
States and Canada (unless specified)
who are 18 years of age or
older as of 9/8/03.

Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and
promotion agencies and the immediate families and/or
those living in the same household of each are not
eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All federal,
state and local laws and regulations apply. No
substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted.
All federal, state and local taxes are the sole
responsibility of winners. Return of prize/prize
notification as undeliverable will result in
disqualification and an alternate will be selected. Not
responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated,
misdirected entries, entries not received in time for
the random drawing, or for technical hardware or
software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable
network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or
delayed computer transmission which may limit a user's
ability to participate in this sweepstakes. Sponsor
reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes
if fraud or technical failures impair its integrity as
determined by Sponsor or Sponsor's designee, in its sole
discretion. In the event of such cancellation,
termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a
random drawing will be held from among all eligible
entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves
the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any
entrant if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the
integrity of the Sweepstakes. Correspondence relating to
entry in the sweepstakes will not be answered or
acknowledged. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission
to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's names
and/or city and state of residence for purposes of
advertising and trade without further compensation,
unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners
agree that Sponsor and/or its designee may list winner's
name, city and state of residence in "Winner's List"
described below. By accepting prize, winners agree to
hold Sponsor harmless against any and all claims and
liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume
all liability for any injury or damage caused, or
claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion
or use or redemption of prize. By participating in this
promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official
Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor is not
responsible for any typographical or other error in the
printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes
